He made up his mind not to say a word. 他打定主意一句话也不说。

In the end he made up his mind to go by train.  最后他决定坐火车去。

Arriving there, he made up his mind to go in. 到达那里时他决定走进屋去。

这样的用法可以在不定式前面使用疑问词吗？
