——完全可以。比较《牛津实践语法》上就有这样一句：

I’ve no idea whether Sarah will be late. 

从理论上说，凡是wh-词都可跟在 idea 后引导同位语从句。如：

I have no idea how he got into Iraq . 我不知道他是怎样进入伊拉克的。

Have you any idea where the rumour started? 你知不知道谣言是从哪儿传出来的？

Incredibly, she had no idea what was going on. 令人难以置信的是，她当时对发生的事一无所知。

I have no idea when he will come back. 我不知道他什么时候回来。

We haven’t the faintest idea where he is. 我们根本不知道他在哪里。

I have no idea which dictionary is hers. 我不知道哪本词典是她的。

I didn’t have the slightest idea who that man was. 我一点儿都不知道那人是谁。
