强调句型只能强调主语、宾语和状语。不能强调表语、定语、谓语。

因此，你的原句可以改成四种强调句式：

It was Lili that/who...

It was the way to financial reforms that/which...

It was in Zhuhai that...

It was in 1992 that...

其它的都是错误的。后两句不可以用which.

原句谓语动词pointed应为pointed out.
