1.谈论过去的活动,学习一般过去时。
2.学习并掌握动词过去式的规则及不规则变化。
3.通过对话形式了解学生的假期活动。
1.能听懂关于过去的假期和节日的对话。
2.能就假期及节日等话题进行交谈。
3.能够读懂并了解他人假期生活的情况及感受。
4.能够灵活运用所学的短语及句型写一篇假期日记。
5.让学生回忆过去的美好经历,并与大家分享,体会生活的美好。
1.重点:(1)用所学的功能语言交流假期去了哪里旅行。
(2)掌握本课时出现的新词汇。
2.难点:(1)复合不定代词someone,anyone,something,anything等词的用法。
(2)yourself,myself等反身代词的用法。
Step 1 Lead-in
Talk about the past activities:

Step 2 Presentation

Step 3 Listening practice(1b~2b)
Work on 1b
1.The teacher reads the instructions to the students.
2.Ask the students to read the names in the box after the teacher.
3.Tell the students to look at the pictures and say what the person did in each picture.
For example:Tina went to the mountains for her vacation.
4.Tell the students they will hear three conversations.In the three conversations,people will talk about what they did on vacation.Then play the tape the first time and let the students only listen.
5.Play the tape again,and ask the students to try to fill in the blanks with the numbers.
6.Check the answers.
Work on 1c
1.The teacher explains the instructions to the students.
2.The students practice reading the conversation in 1c.
3.Make their own conversations according to the activities in 1a and show them in class.

Work on 2a
1.Ask the students to read the names in the chart.Tell the students they will hear three conversations about three people's vacations.Match the people with the activities correctly.
2.Play the tape the first time,and ask the students to only listen.
3.Replay the tape and let the students try to fill in the blanks.
4.Check the answers.
Work on 2b
1.Let the students look at the chart and read the names and the activities in the chart.
2.Play the tape the first time and let the students only listen.
3.Play the tape again.Let the students try to fill in the blanks.
4.Check the answers.
【设计意图】让学生在进行听力训练的过程中掌握提取关键词的方法。练习并巩固目标语言,熟悉听力材料中的关键词,并进一步巩固新学词汇。掌握听力活动中概括总结听力信息的技巧。
Step 4 Group work(2c)
1.The teacher explains the instructions to the students.
Students read the example in the speech bubble.
2.Work in groups to role-play the conversation.Students can talk about the activities from the chart in 2b or other activities.The teacher can move around and give help if the students need.
3.Ask some groups to show their conversations in class.
Step 5 Role-play(2d)
1.Ask the students to skim the conversation in 2d and answer the following questions.

2.Get the students to read the conversation carefully and sum up some points.

Step 6 Homework
用英语询问你的一位好朋友,她(他)去哪里度假了?看到了什么?并完成作业。
