教学过程
Step 1 Warming-up 1. Learn the words and read them. 2. Show the chant and review the part of the body. Everybody moves your body Nod your head and touch your face Touch your nose and close your eyes Touch your ears and clap your hands … 3. Read the chants. 4. Look at the pictures, ask and answer the questions. A: What’s the matter with… B: He / She… 5. Pair work: Make dialogues Problems: have a cold, get tired Give advice: take some medicine, sleep, have a good rest Step 2 Presentation 1. Work on 1a. When these accidents happen, what should you do Put the actions in order. 2. Read the sentences and point out the key sentences in 1a. Step 3 Pre-listening and while-listening 1. Work on 1b. Listen to the school nurse. Check (√) the problems you hear. 2. Read the problem and the treatments. 3. Work on 1c. Listen again. Write the letter of each treatment next to the problems you checked in the chart above. 4. Read them aloud and work in pairs to practice them. Step 4 Practice 1. Work on 1d. Role-play a conversation between the nurse and the teacher. Use the information in 1b and 1c. 2. Work in pairs and practice the conversations.
