none at all与not at all的用法区别

个人觉得用none at all及not at all 都是可以接受的，但二者意义不同。None 只用来表达交际中所涉及具体对象的量，即在此题中只能表达coffee的量【一丁点都没有】； 而not 则是否定much，【不多但有】。

比较：

—Do you drink much coffee as before？

—No，none at all (= I drink none now). My sleeping problem is getting worse.

不，现在我一点都不喝了。因为我的睡眠问题每况愈下。

—Do you drink much coffee as before？

—No，not at all (=I do not drink much at all now). My sleeping problem is getting worse.

不，现在实在是不敢多喝了。因为我的睡眠问题每况愈下。
