通常意义上我们说的沙子对应的词应该是 sand,比如沙漠、沙滩中的沙子。grit常指颗粒更大一些的“砂砾”,比如铺路用的小石子。以上为个人理解,不一定对。一粒沙可以译成:a grain of sand,a piece of grit。
