She can translate all these books into Chinese, whether they are in English, French or Latin.
be they in English, French or Latin—— 因省略而倒装。这是省略了Whether 之后的让步状语从句。Whether 让步状语从句的这种倒装，原则上是系表结构，无论原来何种时态，一旦省略形成倒装，系动词用原形be。
1. Whether she is rich or poor, he will take her as his wife. 无论她是贫穷或富有，他都会娶她为妻。
省略Whether后的倒装句：Be she rich or poor, he will take her as his wife.
2. Whether he is the king or slave, he will be punished. 无论他是国王还是奴隶，都应被处罚。
省略Whether后的倒装句：Be he the king or slave, he shall be punished.
3. Whether she is right or wrong, she will have my support. 不管她是对还是错，我都会支持她的。
省略Whether后的倒装句：Be she right or wrong, she will have my support.
