▲on his bed与in his bed没什么区别，均表示“躺在床上”。

《葛传椝英语惯用法词典》对此是这样说的：in bed（躺在床上）是习语，不该作on bed，但说躺在某只床上，用 on 或 in 都可以，如on（或in）that bed 和on（或in）the same bed。
