speak fluent English与write fluent English的问题

问题描述

说 fluent 的用法，我的理解是：
1. 可以说speak fluent English (Japanese, Chinese, Russian) 等。如：
She's fluent in Polish. 她的波兰语很流利。
He speaks fluent Japanese. 他讲一口流利的日语。
He speaks fluent Russian. 他说一口流利的俄语。
2.  也可以说 sb is fluent (in)。如：
He is fluent in five languages. 他能流利地说5种语言。
She studied eight foreign languages but is fluent in only six of them. 她学习了8种外语，但是只能流利地说其中 6 种。
He was fluent in French, having spent stretches of time in Southern France. 他曾在法国南部呆过一段时间，法语流利。
3.  也可以说 a fluent person。如：
I met a fluent speaker of Spanish. 我碰到一个西班牙语说得流利的人。
疑问：可以说 write fluent English 吗？

《柯林斯高阶英汉双解学习词典》fluent： (语言或文字)流畅的，熟练的；文笔好的： If your speech, reading, or writing is fluent, you speak, read, or write easily, smoothly, and clearly with no mistakes. 其中包括write。

例如：

She writes fluent French.  她写的法文很流畅。

Can you speak and write fluent English? 你能说写流利的英语吗？

This part of the test is testing you ability to write fluent and accurate English. 这部分测试是测试你书写流利和准确英语的能力。

副词的fluently同样可以修饰write，例如：

A child spells out every word as he writes, but later on he writes fluently.  小孩子开始写字的时候会一边写一边把一个个字读清楚，后来就写得流畅了。
