He is wearing a pair of glasses which are funny.

句中a pair of glasses which are funny.

我认为应改为 a pair of glasses which is funny.

因为 which 指代的是 pair 而不是 glasses.

在费致德的《现代英语惯用法》中关于pair一词有这样的说法：

单数 pair 通常接单数动词。例： A pair of gloves is a welcome present. 一副手套是件受欢迎的礼物。

 但在实际运用中，采取就近原则而使用复数谓语的也大有人在。如：

This pair of shoes are shapeable. 这双鞋的样子很好看。《现代汉英综合大词典》 

所以，你的这个句子中的定语从句用which is...或which are...都正确。

He is wearing a pair of glasses which are funny 是正确的。这里的 a pair of 是 glasses 的前置定语；which are funny 是定语从句，作 glasses 的后置定语。
