要表示“根据……来判断”，可以有多种方法（用作状语），如：

Judging by the smell, the food must be good. 从气味上看，这菜一定很好。

Judging from his accent, he must be from Hunan. 从口音上看，他一定是湖南人。

Judged by the ordinary standards, he was reliable. 接普通标准看，他是可靠的。 

但是，好像没有人说：Judged from…（用作状语）

请问：如果说 Judged from… 也可能吗？它符合语法或惯用法吗？
