同意黎老师的看法，on an empty stomach（空腹，空着肚子）是习语，其中的介词不能换成with。又如：

Don’t go out to work on an empty stomach.  别空着肚子去工作。

It’s not good to drink on an empty stomach.  空着肚子喝酒不好。

This medicine is to be taken on an empty stomach. 此药需空腹服用。

I don’t like going to work on an empty stomach. 我不愿意空着肚子去上班。

If I travel on an empty stomach, I always feel sick. 空着肚子旅行，我总是觉得难受。

类似的还有on a full stomach（饱腹，饱着肚子，吃饱饭）。如：

I think better on a full stomach. 我吃饱了才能更好地思考。

You’d better not swim on a full stomach. 你最好不要吃饱饭后去游泳。
