There used to be的反意疑问句可以有wasn't there吗

专家您好，就 there used to be...变反意疑问句这一问题，我曾经在徐广联教授主编的《实用大学英语语法》书中看到的解释是 wasn't there，请问对吗？为什么？

在考虑这个问题时，应把used to 当作情态动词对待。There used to be 中的be， 跟否定句、疑问句、附加问句的变化无关。只考虑used to 的变化即可，所以wasn't there 的说法就不存在了。对此，你就不会再纠结了。

在疑问句、否定句、否定疑问句、附加问句中，都有两种变化形式：

陈述句：There used to be a temple near their school.

1. 疑问句：

Did there use to be a temple near their school?

Used there to be a temple near their school?

2. 否定句：

There didn’t use to be a temple near their school.

There usedn’t to be a temple near their school.

3. 否定疑问句：

Didn’t there use to be a temple near their school?

Usedn’t there to be a temple near their school?

4. 附加问句，也有两种形式：

There used to be a temple near their school, didn’t there?

There used to be a temple near their school, usedn’t there?
