现在完成进行时可以用于时间状语从句吗

感觉现在完成进行时用于简单句比较多。如：

I’ve been reading newspapers in the library. 我一直在图书馆看报纸。

I’ve been sitting here for ages. 我在这儿坐了很久了。

The crews have been setting up their cameras. 工作人员一直在调试摄影机。

从理论上说，它应该也可用于复合句中，用于定语从句可能想象得到，比如说“一个一直在做某事的人”，如 a person who has been working, a person who has been waiting 等。

但是现在完成进行时可以用于状语从句吗？尤其是时间状语从句，好像很难想这样的用法。能请专家老师指点一下吗？非常感谢！

“现在完成进行时”，表示一个开始于过去的动作持续至今，而且目前还在进行中。从这一点考虑，除了用于单句和主句外，如果需要的话，可以用于从句中。

Re-apply sunscreen every two hours, especially if (when) you have been swimming. 每两个小时重新涂一次防晒油，尤其是在游泳的时候。

If you have been thinking about buying shares, now could be the time to take the plunge. 如果你一直在考虑购买股票，现在或许是采取行动的最好时机。

Praise will be yours if you have been pursuing your goals. 如果你一直追求目标，你会获得别人的称赞。
