句中逗号后的形容词短语ready to give help whenver it is needed 可以理解为为主语补语，补充说明主语的情况，即指句子主语 I 准备……（ready to…）。
但很多老师不认可“主语补语”这一说法（包括英语答疑网的不少专家老师也不认可这一语法术语），所以也可以分析为状语（可理解为原因状语，即I get along with others easily的原因是ready to give help whenver it is needed）。
