单独用some可以表示“有些人”吗

表示“有些人”用 some peole 肯定是没有问题的。如：

Some people are early risers. 有些人起得很早。

Some people are always disputing. 有些人总喜欢争执。

Some people hate working [to work] in the early morning. 有些人不爱在清晨工作。

Some people entertain themselves by reading; others have to be entertained by the radio and television. 有些人读书自娱，有些人则必须听广播和看电视消遣。

但如果没有 people 呢？可以单独用 some 表示有些人吗
