in all likelihood  很可能, 多半

in all probability 十之八九, 很可能

in all conscience 凭良心说

in all modesty 毫不夸张地

in all seriousness 庄重地；非常严肃地

in all fairness 公正地说

in all creation 究竟; 到底

in all verity 确实是

in all honesty 说实话，说实在的
