enjoy oneself后接动词用不定式还是现在分词

enjoy oneself的意思是“玩得高兴”“过得愉快”，若表示“做某事玩得高兴”，请问enjoy oneself后接动词用不定式（to do sth）还是现在分词（doing sth）？
