permission to do 前面带否定冠词，这个问题不是绝对的。不带定冠词远远高于带定冠的句子。所以在自己使用时，最好一律不带。如：
Give yourself (the) permission to be human. 让自己流露真性情，做真实的自我。

同意黎老师的看法，下面补充一点：permission 后接不定式时，其前通常不用冠词，但是有时可用物主代词。如：
